Samsung forum: Hulu Plus - Can it be watched on a Samsung blu-ray player?

Here is my Hulu plus saga. I was excited to hear the announcement that you could watch Hulu plus on Samsung blu-ray players, so I bought a BD-C6500. After waiting 6 weeks to get my invite for Hulu plus I was told it could only be viewed on a 3-D blu-ray player. Thanks to the generous return policy of Best Buy I traded up to the BD-C6800, only to find that I still couldn't watch Hulu plus. After phone calls for both level 1 & level 2 support and several e-mail exchanges I finally received this e-mail below. This is not a joke. Apparently Hulu plus is available, but no one at Samsung knows how to make it work. Is Hulu plus via Samsung blu-ray just an urban legend? I saw a review on cnet, so surely someone knows how to make it work? I appreciate any help here. Right now I feel like I wasted $250 on the player and $10/month on Hulu plus. Here is that lovely e-mail.
