DON'T upgrade the firmware on Bluray player! Anynet+ breaks.

My month old Bluray player informed me that I needed to update the firmware to play the Avatar DVD (DVD, not bluray). After doing so, the Anynet+ functions stopped working. An hour on the phone with samsung ended with them telling me that it needed to be serviced and that despite the fact that it was only a month old, I would have to pay for the labor as it wasn't covered under warranty. Considering how poor the customer service was, the fact that they broke functionality and are making me pay to fix it (which I won't be doing) they've officially lost me as a customer.
I would highly advise against buying any Samsung products, especially bluray players. Their customer service is terrible, with the techs clearly knowing nothing about their own products (I was told to hold down a button that wasn't even on the device at one point and at another, the tech thought Anynet+ was a means of connecting to a wireless network)
Overall, I'm severely regretting having purchased my Samsung TV and Bluray player.
