Samsung UN46C6300SF problems with blue ray?

So I just got this TV. It's a Samsung 46in LED 6300 series model number UN46C6300SF. The problem I'm having is that when I watch a blue ray movie, every so often is looks like there is some lag in the picture. I', trying to figure out why this is happening. I read one review online and the guy said that the tv doesn't support 24 frames per second so every few seconds or so the screen skips. This seems to be about what my movies do as well. Is there a way to fix this or will I need to take the tv back to Best Buy?
