Easy Resolution Manager for Samsung NC10 running Vista?

I need a program similar to Easy Resolution Manager (a program that allows netbooks with small screens to run a different size as some programs require a certain minimum screen resolution) as I have only been able to find versions for XP and 7 which aren't much use.

Does anyone know where I can download Easy Resolution Manager or similar program for Vista?

Not sure how much system information I can include as its pretty new to me. It's a Samsung NC10 netbook and I haven't installed any other hardware on it.
