Samsung HT-WS1 Sound bar Issues

Has anyone had issues with the wireless connection? I was so excited to get this hooked up, and was immediately dissapointed that the sub woofer keeps cutting in and out, it only "turns on" when there is a loud point in the program. When it is "off" it sounds terrible. Does anybody know how to remedy this? Should I reset the link? Shouldn't there be a constant connection?

The soundbar should be connected to the subwoofer when the soundbar is powered on. If it's not, I would check to see if resetting the link would do the trick. If not, you might try to check with our customer service center (800-SAMSUNG) to see if there are additional troubleshooting options you can try.

I have tried resetting the link, to no avail. I have been reading around the internet and have learned that this is a common problem with this system. I have a very hard time believing that this product would actually go to market like this. I mean, I cant even use it, it sounds so bad with the subwoofer clicking on and off like that.

I called Samsung, apparently they are sending me a label to mail the system off for service. Does anyone know if this will even help? Can they "upgrade" the unit to fix this problem?

It sounds like the unit qualifies for a repair, which probably explains why they sent the shipping label. Its not common for products to have issues, but sometimes the occasional product needs repair.
