Samsung HT-X200 not ejecting dvd/cd

Hi people

Am stuck big time. My samsung HT-X200 was working perfectly until today. I switched it on and the tv comes on too which is also a samsung. The TV didnt switch over to the dvdplayer for some strange reason. I tried to change it manually but no joy.

I then tried to eject the existing dvd from the dvd drive and it would't eject helpppppp. I;ve tried switching everything off and then used the anynet feature which detect the theater and receiver but no picture comes up when selecting - dvdplayer, usb.

I;ve tried holding down the stop button nd see initialize but still can eject the dvd or see anything on the screen.

Am stuck and need your help on this one. I love my dvd player and i dont want to fork out for another one.

Unfortunately, if you're able to reset or re-initialize the player, then it may be a mechanical issue rather than something that could be solved by a reset.

At this point, the only suggestion I can make is to contact the Samsung Customer Service center in your region to see if you can have the unit repaired (and your disc rescued).
