Activation code for Pandora

The activation code I receive when I go to the Pandora menu on my Samsung blu ray BDP-3600 is not activating the account. Network is configured correctly and is working. I have tried several activation codes provided by Samsung to no avail. Is this a Samsung issue or Pandora?
HELP Please!

If everything else is streaming properly, contact pandora-support@pandora.com and ask them to reset your account. Which codes have you received from Samsung? Usually the widget providers provide their own codes for their system.

closing the screen with the activation screen down when you go to the computer to type the activation code in. The blu-ray has to be on Pandora for the activation to work. Also it seems to give you a new code each time. So...
1. go to pandora on the blu-ray
2. get a new activation code
3. leave that screen up on the blu-ray and go to your computer
4. go to the website Pandora tells you to go to to activate.
5. enter code and wait.

-while in SMART HUB, press the RED BUTTON on your remote
- log in or register
-once logged in press the BLUE BUTTON on your remote
- select ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
-select REGISTER SERVICE ACCOUNT
- then select PANDORA and sign in normally
- Pandora should now work

I had the same problem
