Why is this so friggen complicated?
We have a 46" Samsung "smart" TV, a Samsung "Smart" Blu Ray player, and now a Samsung Sound bar, and cannot get the three to interact! Have the tv hooked to the Blu Ray player, sound on both creates an echo, so we keep the TV volume off and use the Blu ray's surround speakers. Just purchased the sound bar to eliminate all the wires, and can't get the thing to work with anything other than Bluetooth from my iPhone!Hooked HDMI out from the Blu Ray to HDMI in on the sound bar, HDMI out from the sound bar to HDMI in on the TV, just like it says in the "quick" start guide, and... nothing. Tried an HDMI splitter, HDMI out of the Blu Ray to HDMI in on the sound bar and HDMI in on the TV, no luck. HDMI out from the TV to HDMI in on the sound bar and Blu Ray, nothing. I would expect all Samsung's products to be Bluetooth by now, all these products have been purchased within the last year. Not so "Smart" if you ask me. So how the heck do we get these three products to work together?
