Motion judder problem

hi!
i am bhuvan gaur from India. I purchased lcd tv from samsung series 6 la32a650a1.
its just superb piece of work. i dont miss anything. but there is some thing new i am noticing since i purchased it. MOTION JUDDERING. in the beginning i though it was the fault of my dvd player which actually sucks! but now as my brother is back from studies i plug in hdmi cable for hd videos and still i face the same problem! its just so annoying while pure smooth motion after 7 to 8 seconds of interval skipping frames or some what hanging you can say occurs. i tried different dvd player too again same problem. its kind of un noticeable through STB as in india there are no hd cable providers. and there is no smooth motion. but looking and observing very deep i can observe there too!

observe it a bit you can easily notice.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
also i heard that you can overcome this problem by shutting down motion flow. but there is no option like that in unit.
