Samsung forum: Samsung LN46A750 Beeping! Please Help!!

Hello, this is my first post on this site.

I got a 46" LCD TOC for X-Mas and after a week and a half, i come home and the Tv is on when i get home. I try to turn it off and the remote is not working. The front panel is lit red, and is non responsive. I unplug the Tv and plug it back in. It starts to work for a few minutes, then makes a few beeps, and the front panel begins to light up from the power button up to the source. When i push any button on the remote the tv has a red light that flashes and beeps. I called Samsung support, and they suggested a firmware update. I preformed the latest firmware found on there site. Tv shuts off, and then powers back on. Everything seems good then about 3-5 mins later the tv beeps and goes into a endless cycle of power on , then power off. Remote beeps any button pushed. I have a service request put in, but wanted to check on here to make sure its not an easy fix. Looks like they will not come for a week. Please help out if you can.
