frustrated with Samsung warranty service

I have an LNT4061 that I bought at a local Best Buy 5 months ago. Last week it quit turning on. AC power to the TV is good. I placed a service request through Samsung's web site. Service ticket is: 4002611190. No follow-up call received from Samsung. No instructions provided on ticket. No service center inducated. Repeated calls to 800-SAMSUNG say they're having technical issues.
I WANT MY TV REPAIRED!
