What willl allow printing of portions of a website?

I'm not sure if this is listed on the Webware Forums and I don't know the nare or url, but there is a free service that will allow me to cut out portions of a webpage to print.

Things to try:
1. Select the part you want to print with the mouse and use File>Print>Selection. Works both in IE and Firefox.
2. The Windows 7 Snipping Tool or any program like that for earlier versions of Windows.
