What is the best download manager or accelerator?

Hi:
I have a broadband internet connection with a download speed 128KB/sec. and an upload speed 56KB/sec.
Please, i want to know what is the best download manager or accelerator for me, and i don't care if it is a freeware or costs $$.

By far the best and fastest is:

Internet Download Manager

It is free for 30 days, but works very well.

GigaGet is fastest I've used...and its free!

Another free DLM that seems to be very popular is FlashGet

evaluating flashget

it's a long time i'm using FlashGet. it's excellent in all aspects. it also supports BT, eMule. it has only a bug. sometimes download gets corrupted. when i specify multiple threads for a single file, sometimes i see this pattern in the middles of file:
<!doctype html...
i think it occurs when the sender doesn't allow multiple threads (maybe temporarily) and sends a webpage in which it wants to say that. FlashGet doesn't detect it and still thinks that it's downloading the original file. it may be the cause. for example at the moment i'm downloading a 1.5GB file again! sad
