Vista Update (problem)

I recently just updated my desktop with a nvidia graphics card from windows vista sp1 to sp2. When i switched on my computer it told me that it cannot find my graphics on the boot and sent me to bios screen. I did not know what to do there so i continued the boot up. Right now it is telling me i am using an intel(R) G33/G31 express chipset family. I do not know what to do now... Please help!


Here are my spec if you need it:
Intel core 2 duo cpu E6550 @2.33GHz (2 cpu's)
Was Using Nvidia graphics (cannot remember which one)
4 GB Ram
500 GB hard drive

As it stands my advice is to go back to what worked, unplug the unknown video card and System Restore to before you started.

Given so little detail it is possible you are plugged into the motherboard video connection.
It's also proper on some boards for the onboard to continue working.

Check what video port you are using.
