What is a page error DX810000ED during sys restore ?

System restore will not complete and says it changed back up settings. File backup could not start. What to do since i cannot restore this system ?

It's a very rare error according to a search. We know that Norton and Kapersky and maybe other security apps as well as virus damage cause such issues.
