Problem accessing hotmail and yahoo acount

Hi Guys,

I have a friend who is having problem with hotmail and yahoo
account on his laptop having WinVista. He can access all websites
without any problem except for hotmail and yahoo.When he access
his hotmail and yahoo account,he gets a main blank pages and cannot
view the pages. But he is not facing this problem on his other
computers. So their is something wrong with his laptop ,right?

Can you please tell me what could really be the problem?

Be sure to try another browser and if that fails, log out of windows and log into your backup windows account for a test.
