USB drive recycle bin?

I have 2 USB Iomega drives. When I delete files from them, they do not appear in the OS's recycle bin. Is there a recycle bin for USB drives or are files just deleted?

Those files are permanently deleted...

Drives, including USB hard drives, classified as "hard disk drives" each have their own Recycled folder with the contents shown in the Recycle Bin shown on the desktop, but "devices with removable storage," such as flash drives and memory cards, do not; the files bypass the Recycle Bin and are permanently deleted.
