Missing snap-in for Vista Firewall with Advanced Settings

In Vista there is an option for Windows Firewall and one for Windows Firewall with Advance Settings. In order to access the Advance Settings the snap-in must be added in the MMC. Well my snap-in seems to be missing. When I open the MMC and go to File---Add/Remove Snap-In, the windows firewall snap in is not in the list. I cannot find anywhere to download this snap-in either. And if I just search from the Start Menu for Windows Firewall with Advanced Settings and click on the results I get the message MMC could not create the snap-in. Does anyone know where I can get it or where it may be located on my system if I do in fact already have it?
