Looking For A Ghost Backup Program

I was using Vista and loved it but went back to Windows XP only because I couldn't find a Ghost program like I used for years and on XP called Norton Ghost 2003. Norton Ghost 2003 was so easy to use and a piece of cake to run. Is there anyone out there that can help me find a "EASY" ghost backup program for Vista? Something on the same format as Norton Ghost 2003. I tried Norton 12 & 14 but its over my head. Please if there is anybody who can help me I would really appreciate it. Many thanks and God bless.

While I have a soft spot for Acronis, it too can do so many things that I'm unsure if that's an option.

Let me share what I use. It's called G4U and is free. There is no mouse interface and takes all of three words of which two matter to clone a drive or partition. Given its simplicity and price it's rare to see me use anything else.
