Windows Vista forum: How do I transfer files between user accounts?

Just go Computer->Local Drive->Users, and open the folder correspond to the one account, then repeat for the other account. Assuming the locations have not been protected and you are using an administrative account, you can copy-and-paste or cut-and-paste from one location to the other.

If you run into trouble, log into the account with the files, copy or cut the files, browse to C:\Users\Public, and paste them there. Log out, log into the other account, browse to C:\Users\Public, then copy-and-paste (or cut-and-paste) them to the place you want them.

The way i learnd is only with pictures and videos, but it works.
Step 1:set up a permenent sync relationship between your music player and Windows Media Player(if your music player has picture files on it)on the user account you want to move the files to.
Step 2:unplug your music player and plug it back in it. by doing this, a window will pop up and have a list of options on what you want to do.
step 3:select "import pictures" and your computer will do the rest
