BSOD ndis.sys

Hello all,
Looking for some help here. I'm running RC-1 on an MSI K9N platinum board, AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2.21 ghz, 2048 ddr ram, with an nVidia GeForce 7300 GT 512 mg video card. I did a clean istall with RC-1 and have been getting the BSOD showing an "ndis.sys" error with the explanation that the video driver is in a loop waiting for the card. I have re-installed the driver numerous times (and different WDDM versions) and still have the BSOD. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance

Check your networking equipment and drivers...

I'm not sure why it is mentioning your graphics card drivers, but ndis.sys is a critical system file used by your NIC (ethernet card). Thus, the first thing I'd try is disconnecting the modem, and routers or gateways, and removing the NIC and see if the problem continues. Regardless, I'd also go to the manufacturer's website and see if there are updated or revised drivers available and see if that clears it up. Finally, I'd run System File Checker to verify the integrity of that file (ndis.sys is from Microsoft).
