I am trying to import my videos i have recorded on my iphone 4s to my laptop computer (windows vista). I have tried importing them but keep getting an error. Any suggestions? Thanks

....using iTunes to try to import the videos ?? Are you getting a specific error message ?? Does the computer recognize the phone ?? Are you connecting the phone directly to the computer with a cable ?? Need more information for anyone to offer advice.

It seems the OP doesn't understand what other people need to know to help him.

He told more when he posted in the Vista forum in http://forums.cnet.com/7723-12546_102-585315/help-required-please/?messageId=5422762#message5422762 (the error number) and even more (what he did, and that wasn't via iTunes) when I asked him for more information.

Since posting here was only my third suggestion, I'd say he should post all information from his other thread and the result of my first 2 suggestions (and of course answers to your questions) before he gets more answers from our members.

Try to add movie files to library in File,it should be in movies then.
* Connect your iPhone
* Click your iPhone and make sure in the movies tab your allowing the sync
* Click sync
Moreover,there is a step by step instruction on how to import videos from iPhone to laptop computer.
Hope it can do you a favor.
