How to connect my iphone to my touch screen?

Could there be a way to view videos I have on my iphone 4s on the touch screen I have in my car using a cable or any type of wireless technology
If it is possible does the touch screen system must support mp4 or quick time which I think is the format supported by most apple products

for a number of reasons.


1. The touch screen on your car probably does not have the necessary video components to process a video signal from your iPhone.
2. Attaching your iPhone to the touch screen device would be a nightmare that would involve some serious work, assuming that once the work was done, the device could process the video signal.

Had you felt it necessary to provide more information about the Touch Screen device and the vehicle it was in, the answer may still have been NO, but for different reasons
