Ipod Touch 4 user on ios5. Any compelling reasons....

... to upgrade to ios6?

I've gotten the notice to upgrade to ios6 for my Ipod Touch 4 for awhile now. Problem is, I see no compelling reason to do so. Many of features that are in ios6 would only be available on an IpT5 (which would come with ios6 anyways) or Iphone/4s/5 specific.

I'm not looking forward to reinstalling apps (even though the data's intact for them), but really see no reason to upgrade "if it ain't broken".
