From iPhone 3G to 4S or 5??

I got the 3G has a hammy down from a friend, my first iPhone, and I love it! Now I'm stuck on weather to go for the 4S or 5. I am not seeing a 32 Gig on At&t for the 4S anymore, I would like that size. I do not manage or own a business, all would be personal use. Need some insight on which one would be best for my case.

Clarification request: Ask yourself what you need, storage wise

Some people have massive libraries of apps, music, videos, etc. If you plan on acquiring such massive libraries, get the largest size your budget can afford. Otherwise, we can't possible know what's most suitable for your particular situation since it's so relative.
