iPhone 5 store menu problem

Hi guys. Has anyone else had a problem with the store with regards to navigating the store as I find that the top of the screen menus gets partially covered making it impossible to browse.

I did take a screenshot but do not find a way to upload it here. Sorry abt that.

...checking with Apple. This is the first time I have heard of such an issue.
