I don't have one, but I know of a few

1. Maps app is a major fail
2. Some iPhone 5s were getting to customers already scuffed, aluminum also more subject to scratches
3. Not directly related to the phone itself, but supply does not meet demand some places
4. Purple lens flare in pictures taken with the camera

That's all I know of off the top of my head

Hearsay evidence!
