Erased App Icon on iPad 2

I have absolutely no idea how she accomplished this, but my 4-year-old niece managed to erase the App Icon on my iPad and I can't find a good step by step process to fix it. Please tell me I don't have to go to the Genius Bar! I am guessing I may have to do a clean restore but if there is another way please let me know. Many thanks!

.....button is deleted, so is the application. You will need to reinstall it. If you paid for the application, there would be no charge to reinstall it. Let us know if that helps.
