I have an iPhone 4 and for some reason my exchange account is not moving my MSN to my inbox, it's telling me the password I'm using is incorrect, how do I reset my password?

Exchange Server is run by your IT staff so my advice is to call them up and ask them to fix this.

There are issues with MSN email as Microsoft continues to close it down in favor of their Live email system. But your IT staffer should tell you if you are affected.

The same issue happened with me for my gmail account, I have followed these steps..

1. Changed gmail password via pc.
2. Performed 2 step verification.
3 While enabling 2-step use the option to generate "application specific password"
a 16 character pw is generated for you on the pc.
4 On Iphone deleted old non working account then created new account using the 16 character pw generated earlier instead of your actual gmail account pw.
5 finally my account was sync.


Try this for your MSN account, may be you will get the solution.
