Adobe appears to be moving off Flash to AIR. And those other flash players are pretty bad.

I've solved my issue by moving our internal site to HTML5 so yes, I solved it.

Many sites are moving to HTML5 instead of flash to support this and more. As you may know, Adobe is dropping Flash in favor of AIR. I won't duplicate why here unless you can't find the news but your question is too short. The Flash app works fine on the iPad.
