Recently, Mr. Cai use the iPad charger to charge iPhone, mobile phone battery was hit by charge burst. To remind the industry, Apple officials said the iPad and iPhone charger basic mix, but the proposal is still separate. In addition, industry analysts, the three enemies of the lithium-ion battery life: temperature, over charge and over discharge.

Apple provides same pin charger for all the devices up till now and they are completely compatible with every device. You can always user charger of your iPad with iPhone and vice verse.

Apple battery charger

mischief Hi,
The I Pad battery has a higher capacity than the I Phone one.Therefore, the I Pad charger has a 10 watts rating, compare to 5 watts for the I Phone.This means that you can charge your I Phone battery with the I Pad charger twice as fast,but is not recommended by Apple, because of the higher temperature attained by the battery, which could shorten its life.
