I was just wondering, how long should the iPhone 4's battery last? I can usually get through a day on mine, and I have done ALL of those battery saving tips, setting time zone, fetch email, half brightness, etc. is that normal?

Is to keep a charger cord handy or a battery backup that you can plug the device in to. Yes, this is nothing unusual.

another factor to consider is what you use your phone for... but having an extra battery or having the charger with you will be helpful
