i want to buy the iphone 4s, but the formal launch of the iPhone 5 and iOS 6 or mid-June.Should i wait for the iphone 5?

You should wait for iPhone 5. It has 4- Inch Screen, better Screen Resolution. It also includes support for video chat over 4G networks and a faster dual-core processor etc.

If you work with Apple, you're certainly not allowed to tell us about the features and release date of the iPhone5. And if you don't you're only repeating unconfirmed rumours.

What changed from the day you and others asked if they should wait for the iPhone 2, 3 and 4?

Not much has changed from those days and it looks to be the same question and answer.

My answer is "if you don't need it, wait."

The fact that the iPhone 4s doesn't support 4G makes it obsolete to me. I would wait for an iPhone with 4G capability.
