Hey Bob,

Yes I have Outlook on my PC but I currently don't use it, maybe if I should be using it to view emails, calanders, and contacts?

That may be the easiest soloution? What are your thoughts?

I see some confusing posts about a Contacts App in Windows. I never found that!

what is your default contacts program on the PC?

Please give that info, along with what operating system you are working with. Knowing the version of the software you are using to manage contacts helps too sometimes.

The default program is called 'Contacts' and is just a simple Windows program, I am using Windows 7.

I don't use Outlook to manage my emails either, maybe if I should be using it to view emails, calanders, and contacts? That may be the easiest soloution? What are your thoughts?

I didn't find an app in 7 called Contacts.

I did find the folder called that and sure enough there are contacts there but I see my email software does not use that.
