Consolidation Issues - 1 Device for Hubby

My husband has lost his iPod and is cranky. He wants to consolidate phone, camera, and iPod (mp3 player) into one single device.

Of all the devices out there which one seems to do all well?
We are on Verizon and he won't change that wireless service so will need something that works on their network.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

While I really like my android phone, 2011 may be the year for the Verizon iPhone.
