Unable to download or install recommended update

CNet Tech Tracker indicates that my version of Windows Live Mail is out of date, and that I should get version 16.4.3505. I selected that check box and proceeded, but got the message that I could not download or install that update.

I have Windows 7 on Toshiba Satellite L455.

I always download it from Microsoft

Try going to
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3945 and download it from there. That's where I always go to download it.
