Frustrated - CNet Download with incorrect SN

Yesterday I purchased Magix Photostory MX11 via CNet. I paid for V11 but the SN/Key that was sent to me with the download was for V10 - a downlevel version. The SN will not work with the SW that I puchased and downloaded. To make matters worse, I cannot find any type of support for CNet other than by email - and that link on the CNet tech support website is not working! I contacted Magix in Germany and was told they couldn't do anything about it because I purchased through CNet. The actual email and download came from "TrialPay" and they deny responsiblity.
Can anyone help me or put me in touch with someone at Cnet?
