Norton Identity Safe does not work on CNET.

Norton products have been my choice since 2007. It's not because of CNET at all though; it's my own experience which led me to use them as my antivirus of choice.
Ever since the last major overhaul of CNET website design, I have not been able to use Norton Identity Safe to login to CNET.
I do not use browser's built-in auto-fill since it's definitely less secure than Norton's utilities. Besides, Norton allows me to store all my logins in one place.
I want to know, if there is a way to make it work? Can you guys please tweak this site a bit so that it works?
There are several sites which use an interface similar to CNET's to login, including Symantec's own 'My Norton Account' site. But its only on CNET this issue is present and Norton does not 'detect' the login.
I was expecting to find a thread regarding this on the forums as CNET rates Norton highly and this site remains popular. But it's not there. I would love to get any official clarifications on this issue.
Thanks and regards.
