The product Marxio Timer does look like it was submitted to our catalog by the publisher, Marek Mantaj.

It does looks like he or she submitted version 1.3 to our catalog back in early 2009, and then our production team updated the product as Marxio Timer was revved several versions since then.

We don't remove products unless publishers request removal, and we need to keep the listing accurate and current (i.e. version number) for many reasons, mostly for the benefit of our users. That explains why the product was updated by us.

Anyway, as you suggest, I'll contact Marek at the address listed to see if he or she wants to keep Marxio Timer (and Marxio File Checksum Verifier) on our site.
