Fake Cnet Site?

I was looking for reviews on PC Repair Doctor. In my search bar I typed in "PC Repair Doctor reviews" and the following website came up as one of the results:

http://download.cnet.com/PC-Repair-Doctor/3000-2094_4-10964849.html

Even though there were no positive reviews, at least there were no negative reviews either. I was about to download the software, but first decided to go directly to cnet.com because I'm paranoid about fake reviews and such. I was never able to find PC Repair Doctor by that route. Is the above link part of Cnet's website? Is it safe to download the software?

Download.com has been re-branded as Download.CNET.com with the full url of;
http://download.cnet.com .

Looks OK to me.

But I am not giving any approval of that software itself. Just the web site. Personally I wouldn't use such software.
