Is there a speaker out there that can be used wirelessly or wired for my computer so I can play iTunes outside on my patio? Also is there a speaker that can hook up to my tv so I can hear the audio from it outside as we'll?

Research AirTunes and BlueTooth speakers. As to the TV you have to research if it has any output that can go to some transmitter and would be compatible with your design.

Sorry no, there is no speaker that will just work without you doing the research.
