Chrome and video

Hi..
All of a sudden embedded or website video no longer plays fluidly in Chrome. I have the up-to-date version of Chrome and video plays fine in IE and AOL.

Symptoms - skipping in the speakers, almost like a static sound and the video plays noticeably, slower as if you lowered the pitch on a turntable...

Any help would be appreciated

As things update, it can break. I'm unsure why folk think these things are bug free but that's why we have those other browsers and players.

They are backups to what doesn't work today.
