Audio &Video hesitation.

Audio and video very slightly hesitate when playing from the internet or this machine. It's like play hesitate play. Very irritating. Buffering is not a part of the problem. I am running Win 7. Thanks

Folk that are used to better often complain about video from the net. Given only this issue I can't write there is anything wrong.

Robert,
Perhaps your answer is correct...if a person is running Windows. I have tried all sorts of fixes with no improvement.
I just ran the same Google News video in Ubuntu and the problem is completely gone. With that in mind, I will ask the same question again. Why do I get audio and video hesitation when I run videos in Windows and how do I fix it? I have tried everything in Adobe and Windows that I can think of.

And given this amount of detail I'm guessing this machine has issues or doesn't have the chops to deal with this.

For example I see this work on Linux but not Windows on our office Netbook. Not going to fix windows today!

I removed Flash Player again this time using the Adobe tool. I reinstalled FP again and noticed in Control Panel It did not not show Active X as Being installed above FP, I tried to play something and the player asked me if I wanted to install FP. I said yes and it installed FP again and Active X was also added. Things seem to run fine now. Months and months of screwing around. There must be an easier way.
