First try this. Disable hardware acceleration from within any Flash video window. Right click the video area, select "Settings", then remove the tick for "Enable hardware acceleration". Just once will change it for all browsers.
If that doesn't work, uninstall Flash using Adobe's own Flash uninstaller, reboot the computer, then revisit Adobe's web site to reinstall Flash.

You don't say if this computer is Mac, Linux, or Windows. The options above are for Windows and may be different for other OSes.

Disabling acceleration doesn't help. I uninstalled but it does not work for google chrome. I believe it helped with explorer but I mainly use google chrome

a Chrome problem then.
The workaround is to use another browser until Chrome gets this fixed, (if it is a problem with Chrome), and see what others are saying in the Google forums.

Chrome and Flash

The problem is that Flash is not an accessible add-on in Chrome as it is in other browsers. No add-ons and plugins are because Chrome "sandboxes" them to help protect against malware attacks on the OS.
Flash is built in to Chrome and is not an add-on and because of that we cannot offer any solution like, disable and remove the Flash add-on, reinstall it.
So if the problem is caused by Flash in Chrome specifically, there is nothing we can do. That's why I suggested looking through Google's own forums to see if others had reported this, and if so, what workarounds had been offered.

has this always been the same with Chrome or did it work properly before?
If it worked properly before, what has changed since it last worked? Can you reverse that change?
You may be interested to know that Chrome has released v 20 and if this is a Chrome problem, perhaps this update will fix it. More details of this update here;
