DFX audio enhancer

I had a very bad experience with this software. I downloaded it and answered no on several options. After installing the software a pop-up window about every 30 minutes asked me if I wanted to order the full version.
The other thing that happened is blekko ( a search engine) was inserted into IE is may default search engine and was the resident address when I opened IE.
And if that was not enough, I discovered visicom_antiphishing.exe was installed without my knowing. Some spyware hides under that name (visicom_antiphishing.exe) I read.
Out they went.

As the forum does not make it easy to post a question I will do it this way. I have DFX on my computer and it works beautifully. Problem is evey time I reboot there is no sound anywhere until I click the DFX icon. I do have it pinned to the start up menu (Windows 7). Any solution? Thanks.
