Hi there.
I know that I have posted a question, simular to this before.
I have an audiotrack in an avi file, with both russian and english speak, the russian is louder than the english.
Would it be possible to edit the audiotrack, (turn down the russian or delete it) if I cut the audiotrack out of the avi file?

Such audio processing is mostly the work of movies. Nothing on the market could approach what you may be after.
