EasyCap problem

I have installed the Easy Cap software and everything seems to go fine until I get to the "Capture Video" prompt. (small button blinks) When I click the icon, I get a small window that prompts a "change field order". It shows "upper field", I click OK and it has a green bar that goes up to 100% and it says processing complete. After I click OK, another message pops up in a Ulead Video Studio window and tells me "failed to build a preview graph". I can't get past this message.
I have checked the drivers in device mgr. and they are working OK..
Anyone else been here?

in Google for EasyCap are adapters for capturing video from old VHS video players. No software anywhere.

What is this, and where is their web site?
