We have one computer and two tv's. We'd like to stream to both tv's. At the moment we are using an rgb cable for one tv but would
rather use Roku or blu-ray dvd's to stream to both (primarily Netflex, but not exclusively). What are our options? Can this be done?

Our computer is a Dell Vostro, windows xp home edition 2002 service pack 3.

I'm thinking a Veebeam to get the content to some HDMI output and then a HDMI splitter from Sewell (20 bucks)

Add cables and you're done for under 200.
