Problem is: Purchased Pinnacle Studio 14 Ultimate. It will not install. I get the message "incorrect serial number". I am presently using Studio 12. It works OK. Tried Studio 14 trial version it works OK. The company said use their uninstaller to remove all Pinnacle software. Did that and edited the registry, tried to install 14 again, same results. The Avid company has nothing to add. What else con I do? (re-installed Studio 12, it works OK.
