How to amplify/boost sound on video???

Hey, i got a vid but no one can hear it you need to put your speakers to 100% to actually hear at a good volume. Its in MP4 format and i dont think wondows movie maker can boost the sound on it.Can someone help me, i really dont want to download anything larger than 30 mb's for one small thing, i just want to boost sound and leave it. The only two softwares i have right now is Audacity and windows movie maker so i dont know if those will help.
